Why this page exists
Every curriculum claim on ParkSyde Learning is machine-checked on every change, and a scheduled audit reviews the whole platform on its own. When an error is found, it is fixed — and the fix belongs on the record, not just in the code. This page is that record: what was wrong, where, and when it was put right. A textbook's mistakes stay printed for years; ours are listed here.
Human alteration of biomes was filed only under the biome-distribution code. Added AC9HG9K02, the code that describes people's effects on biomes, alongside AC9HG9K01.

Source reliability and perspectives were folded into the origin-and-context code AC9HH7S03. Added AC9HH7S04 and AC9HH7S06 so the existing teaching was filed under the codes that describe it.

The rock cycle was filed under plate tectonics, leaving its own curriculum code unclaimed. Added AC9S8U04 and kept AC9S8U03 for the plate-tectonics teaching.

Pushes and pulls kept the sound code AC9S2U02 when the teaching moved into Year 2. Corrected it to AC9S1U03, the code for how pushes and pulls change movement or shape.
