There's no general payment for choosing to home educate. But the Assistance for Isolated Children scheme pays a non-taxable allowance where a child cannot attend a local state school — because of geographic isolation, or a disability or medical need that makes school unsuitable. Eligibility is specific and Services Australia decides every claim.
Where a clinical assessment supports it, documentation can be provided by the professional who did the assessing — professional judgement always, never a report written to order.
